We contacted Wayne at Simmons Home Design to replace our existing screened patio that was dated and in poor condition. Wayne provided design guidance and promptly submitted a bid we felt to be fair. Being a small, locally owned business, Wayne is the primary (sometimes sole) person working onsite. He is meticulous, skilled and maintains a tidy worksite. We are very pleased with our completed project and look forward to enjoying our new and improved outdoor space for years to come.
