They just finished turning our back porch into a sunroom. We first tried a national chain that offers "Four Season" rooms, but they did not understand the hurricane requirements here in the city of Seabrook. Going with a local builder is the right choice.

It seems insane that we should be outside in the Texas heat without some sort of coverage or shade. That’s why I am so grateful that I found.Simmons Home Design. They work with their customers to design the best solutions based on our needs and space available. They will help get everything approved with your HOA too. We’re in the north part of Harris County and they have no problem servicing our area. Highly recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with our new custom pool enclosure from Simmons Home Design. Living in Clear Lake, we deal with mosquitoes, leaves, and salt air — but this enclosure solved all of that instantly. Wayne’s team is extremely knowledgeable about coastal construction and helped us choose the right materials for longevity. The install crew showed up early every day, worked quickly, and left our yard spotless. What impressed me most was the communication — texts, photos, updates, everything. You can tell they take real pride in their product and reputation. This is the kind of company you recommend to neighbors.

We hired Simmons Home Design for a full Eze-Breeze patio enclosure in League City, and I can’t say enough good things. The quality of the insulated aluminum panels and screening is top-tier and has already made a huge difference in heat and noise control. Wayne walked the property with us, explained every detail, and gave us a fair, honest quote with no surprises. The install crew was respectful, clean, and efficient. Our backyard now feels like an extra room added to the house. After dealing with several contractors over the years, Simmons is by far the most reliable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a durable, long-lasting enclosure.”

We couldn't be happier with our new open-view pool enclosure from Simmons Home Design! From the initial consultation to the final installation, Wayne and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

One of the things we loved most was how the enclosure protects our pool from leaves, debris, and insects without blocking our view. The open-view design makes the enclosure almost disappear, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of our backyard while adding protection and functionality to our pool area.

The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the finished project looks like it was always meant to be part of our home. The crew paid attention to details, kept the work area clean, and completed the project exactly as promised.

We spend much more time around our pool now and have already noticed a reduction in maintenance and cleanup. If you're considering a pool enclosure in the La Porte area, we highly recommend Simmons Home Design. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service exceeded our expectations.

Thank you, Wayne and the Simmons Home Design team, for creating a beautiful outdoor space our family will enjoy for years to come!

We had a patio screen room installed by Simmons Home Design and it has completely changed how we use our backyard. The crew showed up when they said they would, kept everything clean, and walked us through each step of the process. The enclosure looks like it was always meant to be part of our home and the workmanship is solid. We can sit outside in good Ole Angleton Texas in the evenings now without worrying about mosquitoes or weather. Honest pricing, clear communication, and beautiful results – we’re really glad we chose them.

Simmons Home Design did an amazing job on our patio screen enclosure here in Lake Jackson. The crew was respectful, worked quickly, and the quality of the workmanship really shows. Our backyard feels like a whole new living space now. I'd definitely use them again and as a matter of fact I am planning the next addition now. Thank you Wayne and crew!
